A journey to the east

This morning i made my way to Aztech at Ubi to sign some non-disclosure form.... will be doing my internship there this vacation. That place is much further than i expected...(near zea's old place). I had to change 2 bus to get there.

The whole journey took me 1.5 hrs n i was abit shack out when i finally got there. The bus i took brought me through the whole stretch of little India n went round Macpherson estate b4 reaching Ubi. I always like the stretch along little India especially at nite where both sides of e road will be lined with all the colourful lightings.... got e festive seasons kinda feeling. ... but dont think i will take the same route to get there again...much too slow. Think mrt will be faster.

Anyway when i got there, i was directed by the guard to the 9th floor. The HR assistant brought me to a room n asked me to look thru the set of documents b4 i sign them. They do so to protect the IP of the company....in case someone reveal their secrets. The HR asst is a lady in her mid 40s n looks kinda motherly to me. She asked if i have any difficulty getting here ...when i told her abt how far away i stayed, she suggested i take mrt to paya lebar where there r more buses coming here.

she suggested tat i jot down all e buses tat come here as she tried to recalled one by one.... I tot its quite a kind gesture on her part.... btw i was told i'll be attached to their R&D department....on s0me wireless technology. Hopefully it'll be something fun.

The 3 pple i met there so far ...the security guard, the receptionist n e HR asst are all in their mid 40s.... This company was established in the mid 1980s n i suppose these pple have stayed in the company for a large part of their life.... haha..guess when i join them, i will be the youngest ard e company then =P

After leaving e building, i took the opportunity to tour ard abit... since i live in west side from young n hardly have chance to see east side...
On way back, i took the route the HR asst recommended n ya its much faster. Tday tour to east side is quite interesting i tot....passed some places i never been to. ok lah...shall stop here n start writing e arts essay...if not dont think can pass up next week... sigh...sooooo many words... n i m clueless how to start...seriously need some help here. Any kind soul out there willing to help tis poor boy??
