Princess Mononoke

I used to wonder why some of my friends would like to watch Japanese anime.... I tot that the storyline and actions in animes will be quite "kua zhang"and will appeal more to kids. That was until until few days ago when by chance, i saw one belonging to my sis lying on the table. Decided to take a look out of curiosity since i have nvr watch one b4. After watching it, i actually quite like it so much that i continued watching the rest of the series.

Hmm...maybe when we grow older, we yearn to return to those childhood days where we indulge in fairy tales and cartoons. Watching anime has the same feeling as entering a world of fantasy and magic. It provides a temporary relief from the harsh realities of life i think. Maybe tats y pple like it...hee

That series i watched is Princess Mononoke which i think has quite a meaningful plot. It starts of with human destroying the nature and forest for their own benefits. This move triggered off hatred between human and animal race which leads to war. There is this young man who attempt to reconcile this hatred and ensure man and animal can live in harmoany. Well...i tot its quite reflective of the present world we live in isnt it? We are clearing more and more forest for wood and animals are forced to retreat deeper into it..... until one day i dunno where they will stay.

Anyway its quite a nice anime....think from the ending there will be a continuation of it.....
